Masamune (正宗), Karyaku (嘉暦, 1326-1329), Sagami – called „Okazaki Gorō“ (岡崎五郎) or „Gorō Nyūdō“ (五郎入道), he is listed in sword publications from the Muromachi period onwards as son of Yukimitsu (行光) and student of Shintōgo Kunimitsu (新藤五国光). Tokaido (東海道), saijō-saku.
Kanse Masamune (観世正宗); meibutsu; unsigned; nagasa: 64.2 cm; family heirloom of the Kanse clan from olden times; provenance: Tokugawa shōgunate; Kokuhō. Today Kanse Masamune is preserved in the Tōkyō National Museum.
